Add an Italian twist by topping this hot dog with a classic tomato bruschetta mix.

|1 cup||(250 mL) bruschetta mix|
|2 cups||(500 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese|
Grill hot dogs according to package directions.
Assemble hot dogs in buns. Top each evenly with bruschetta, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Return to grill over medium-low heat; cover and cook over for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
For a spicy bruschetta dog, top with pickled hot peppers.
