|15 ml||Vegetable oil|
|250 ml||Sliced mushrooms|
|150 ml||Package MAPLE LEAF Prime® Fully Cooked Turkey Breast Strips|
|75 ml||OLIVIERI® Nutriwise Tomato and Basil Sauce|
|125 ml||Shredded Mozzarella cheese|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C). CUT baguette lengthwise and put back together; place on baking sheet in oven for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, add oil to a large skillet heated to medium-high. SAUTÉ mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, add turkey and pasta sauce; warm for 2 to 3 minutes. REMOVE some of bread from bottom half of baguette to create a small cavity; spoon turkey mixture onto bottom half of baguette; Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
