A melt-in-your-mouth bacon and cheese sandwich.
|2||slices of brie cheese|
|4||thinly sliced bacon|
1. Toast muffin and spread 1 tbsp. of butter on each.
2. Fry bacon slices until cooked for about 2 - 3 minutes. Blot the grease and pile on one half of muffin.
3. Place brie slices on the other half of muffin and bake at 350 deg. F. oven until cheese is begins to melt. Sandwich together and enjoy!
