Ingredients

4 Schneider’s® Juicy Jumbo® Wieners
4 slices prosciutto
4 crusty hot dog buns
2 tbsp basil pesto
1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
1 cup (250 mL) pickled spicy vegetables
Arugula for garnish

Directions

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each juicy jumbo hotdog.

Place on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes or until hot and crispy.

While the hotdogs are cooking make the mayonnaise by mixing the pesto and mayonnaise together.

Place each hotdog in a bun and top with mayo, arugula and spicy vegetable condiment.
