2 slices of thick cut light rye bread
4 slices of pepperoni
4 slices of bacon
4 slices of salami
50 g shaved roast beef
50 g shaved ham
50 g smoked meat
4 slices of swiss cheese
2 tbsp sauerkraut
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp shredded mozzerella
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp thinly sliced onion


Place bacon in between 2 pieces of paper towel and cook in microwave for 30-45 sec until crisp. Spread butter on outside of the rye bread and layer all of ingredients in between the slices. season with pepper.
Fry sandwich on a griddle for 2-3 mins per side on medium heat until well toasted. Enjoy!
