When I eat lunch after a workout I make it big!

Ingredients

1 Bag of mixed green
1 yellow bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 cooked chicken breast

Directions

Cook the pepper and onion in some oil and add the chicken 5-7 later keeping a lid over the veggies to retain liquid. This will be the salad dressing. Pour greens into large bowl and empty contents of pan and any desired psiced into the bowl over the greens and toss
