200 g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Flattened


Saute Onions & Red Peppers for about 10 mins. At the same time in a separate pan fry up 3 strips of bacon. Also in a separate pan fry up flattened Chicken Breast over Medium heat (5-6 a side) Season to taste with salt & pepper. To assemble the sandwich: Place your choice of lettuce,3 slices black forest ham, add the chicken, slice of swiss cheese, bacon, onions & peppers, add fried egg, 2 slices of tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and add any of your favorite condiments.
