Bacon and eggs make a good breakfast but also a great lunch! And this sandwich packs great for a picnic too. :)
|8||Slices of Dempster's Whole Grain bread|
|5||Eggs, hard boiled and chopped|
|6||Slices of bacon, fried until crispy and roughly chopped|
|2||Stalks of celery, finely chopped|
|1/2 tsp||Each of salt and pepper, or to taste|
1. Simply stir together the eggs, mayonnaise, bacon, and celery in a medium bowl. Season to taste to with salt and pepper.
2. Butter all slices of Dempster's Whole Grain bread and sandwich egg salad between slices of bread.
Note: The sooner you enjoy your sandwich, the crispier your bacon will be.
