About this Recipe

Bacon and eggs make a good breakfast but also a great lunch! And this sandwich packs great for a picnic too. :)

Ingredients

8 Slices of Dempster's Whole Grain bread
5 Eggs, hard boiled and chopped
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
6 Slices of bacon, fried until crispy and roughly chopped
2 Stalks of celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Each of salt and pepper, or to taste

Directions

1. Simply stir together the eggs, mayonnaise, bacon, and celery in a medium bowl. Season to taste to with salt and pepper.

2. Butter all slices of Dempster's Whole Grain bread and sandwich egg salad between slices of bread.

Note: The sooner you enjoy your sandwich, the crispier your bacon will be.
