One of my favourite easy dinners.
Can be made with almost any white fish. My personal favourites are haddock and tilapia.
|1||Piece of fresh white fish|
|1 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|Pinch of Thyme|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
|2||Slices of Your Favourite Bread|
|1 tbsp||Truffle Aioli (or mayo)|
|Opitional - Cheese|
Fry fish in olive oil with thyme, salt and pepper.
Toast bread and spread with topping.
Add fish and enjoy!
