Great way to use up left over the next day! Was really tasty.
|1/4 cup||macaroni salad|
|1/4 cup||potato wedges|
|1/4 cup||fried chicken, shredded|
|2||slices rustic white bread|
|1 tbsp||shredded cheddar cheese,|
- preheat panini grill to medium high and reheat potato wedges and chicken on grill for 3-5 mins till wedges are crisp.
-while chicken and potato's are heating, spread mayo on one side of bread, then macaroni salad and shredded cheese.
-Once chicken and wedges are reheated and crisped nicely, add on top of shredded cheese and top with other slice of bread. grill in panini grill on medium high for 3-5 mins until nice and golden brown on the outside,.
