|4||fresh basil leaves|
|2||slices of tomato|
Preheat frying pan to medium heat.
Layer the cheese, basil and tomato on to one slice of bread and cover with the other.
Butter both sides of your sandwich.
Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
