This burger beats the drive through hands down! These will be the star of your summer BBQ.


1 box Maple Leaf Prime® Turkey Burgers
6 sesame seed buns, split
2 cups (500 mL) coleslaw, shredded
1/4 cup (60 mL) red onion, thinly sliced
1 mango, sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) prepared peanut sauce
8 tbsp (120 mL) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 mL) peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup (125 mL) cucumbers, sliced thin
6 sprigs cilantro


PREHEAT grill to medium high heat.

IN a large bowl mix together coleslaw, onion, mango, peanuts, cucumber, peanut sauce and 6 tbsp. of mayonnaise.

COMBINE well and season with salt and pepper.

BBQ turkey burgers per package directions.

LIGHTLY toast buns on grill for about 30 to 45 seconds.

ASSEMBLE burgers by spreading 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise on the bottom of each bun.

PLACE burgers on top.

DIVIDE coleslaw between burgers and top with cilantro.

TOP with remaining bun.

SERVE immediately.
