Craving Thai Food? This Thai Chicken Salad is a perfect way to satisfy those cravings and eat well at the same time - yum!

Ingredients

2 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cup Shredded Napa cabbage
1 Large carrot, shredded
1 Red apple, julienned
1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
4 Green onions, thinly sliced on the bias
1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts
1 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Sweet Thai chili sauce
1/4 cup Thai peanut sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

TOSS together all of the ingredients for the salad.

Whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing. (Lime juice, Sweet Thai chili sauce Thai peanut sauce, Salt and pepper) Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss to coat and serve.
