|2||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded|
|2 cup||Shredded Napa cabbage|
|1||Large carrot, shredded|
|1||Red apple, julienned|
|1/2 cup||Fresh cilantro leaves|
|4||Green onions, thinly sliced on the bias|
|1/2 cup||Chopped Peanuts|
|1 tbsp||Lime juice|
|2 tbsp||Sweet Thai chili sauce|
|1/4 cup||Thai peanut sauce|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
TOSS together all of the ingredients for the salad.
Whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing. (Lime juice, Sweet Thai chili sauce Thai peanut sauce, Salt and pepper) Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss to coat and serve.
