It is salty, sweet and very fresh tasting. Perfect side for sweet and sour pork. The fresh basil really makes this delicious side dish pop.

2 packages instant noodles
1 onion thinly sliced
1 bell pepper thinly sliced
1 carrot shredded
1 zucchini shredded
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup fresh basil
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp dried red chili flakes
1/2 tsp hot sauce

Over medium heat, saute the onion, pepper, garlic, zucchini, and carrot for about three minutes until slightly softened.
Add in the fish sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes and hot sauce.
In a separate bowl mix together the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water to create a slurry. Add this to the vegetables and mix to tighten up the sauce.
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
