About this Recipe

These little roll up wraps are great as an appetizer or for lunch. The little ones will sure enjoy these and ask for more.


1 Dempsters Flour Tortilla
1 tbsp Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Taco seasoning
2 tbsp Refried beans
1 1/2 tbsp Red peppers diced
1 1/2 tbsp Chopped Green Onion
1 1/2 tbsp Diced carrots
1 1/2 tbsp Niblets Sweet corn (can)
3 tbsp Finely grated cheddar cheese


In a small bowl blend cream cheese & sour cream till smooth. Mix in taco seasoning.

In the center of the tortilla place a small strip of the refried beans from end to end. On either side of the beans spread the cream cheese mixture touching all edges of the tortilla. Spread with toppings on the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and roll up. Tuck in ends, place on plastic wrap and roll up tight. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.

Before serving, slice in pieces and serve with your favourite salsa sauce.
