Juicy Chicken kebabs with peppers and mushrooms. Grilled on a BBQ, brushed with teriyaki sauce. Perfect with a side salad and any vegetable. Your family is going to love these!
|3||Maple Leaf Prime boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks|
|1/2||green pepper cubed|
|1/2||red pepper cubed|
|1/2||Yellow pepper, cubed.|
|2 cup||Fresh whole Mushrooms|
|6||skewers (soaked in water for about 10 min)|
|1 cup||Golden Dragon Teriyaki Sauce|
Soak Skewers in water to prevent burning on the BBQ.
Cube Chicken and peppers, halve the large mushrooms.
Alternate meat and veggies on skewer.
Put on hot BBQ and turn every few minutes until chicken is cooked, approx 20-30 minutes.
During last 10 minutes of cooking, brush the skewers with Teriyaki Sauce, on each side until coated.
You can add any other veggies you might enjoy, onions or broccoli. You can also change the sauce. or even marinade the chicken before putting on skewers. Beef, pork, lobster, shrimp can also be substituted.
