About this Recipe

This combines the amazing flavours of terriyaki and bacon with the health-benefits of green vegetables. A perfect side dish.

Ingredients

1 Pkg Bacon
1 Pkg Cooking Greens (Bok Choy, etc)
1 cup Green Beans
1/2 cup Terriyaki Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

Fry up the bacon (with 1/2 the sauce) to your desired consistency.
Chop up/crumble bacon and add to the remaining terriyaki sauce.
In a microwave-safe container, add the bag of cooking greens, green beans, and chicken broth. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Strain off any remaining broth. Plate the greens, topping with terriyaki bacon and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Notes

This is a great way to get your kids to eat their greens. This side dish is flavourful and delicious with the terriyaki bacon.
