Ingredients

30 ml soy sauce
30 ml sugar
10 ml sake

Directions

mix soy sauce sugar sake and cook on low heat until thickens, very slowly. sear the salmon on medium high heat, cook until meat is no longer raw then pour the caramelized teriyaki on the salmon
