Teriyaki Chicken
1 lb | Chicken Breast |
3 tbsp | Soy Sauce |
2 tbsp | Sugar |
1 tbsp | Sake |
Cook the chicken breast in a separate pan over medium heat.
On low heat mix the Soy sauce, sugar, sake together and cook slowly for approximately 10 minutes until it thickens, let it cool and then pour over the chicken and serve.
