2 cups Jasmin rice or Instant rice, cooked
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 Pkg Schneiders® Honey Garlic Chicken Meatballs
1 each, red and orange bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 3/4 cup prepared Teriyaki Sauce
Peanuts and cilantro for garnish


COOK the meatballs as directed per package.

IN A LARGE frying pan or wok over medium high heat add the oil. Add the peppers and snow peas and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they begin to soften.

ADD the cooked meatballs to the pan and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add the teriyaki sauce and bring to a quick boil. Add the green onions, cilantro and peanuts.

SERVE over rice. Enjoy!
