|2 cups||Jasmin rice or Instant rice, cooked|
|1 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|1 Pkg||Schneiders® Honey Garlic Chicken Meatballs|
|1||each, red and orange bell pepper, seeded and diced|
|2||green onions, chopped|
|1 1/2 cups||snow peas|
|1 3/4 cup||prepared Teriyaki Sauce|
|Peanuts and cilantro for garnish|
COOK the meatballs as directed per package.
IN A LARGE frying pan or wok over medium high heat add the oil. Add the peppers and snow peas and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they begin to soften.
ADD the cooked meatballs to the pan and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add the teriyaki sauce and bring to a quick boil. Add the green onions, cilantro and peanuts.
SERVE over rice. Enjoy!
Garnish with cilantro and peanuts
