Super tasty bagel when you want something different using Canadian products.


2 Dempster's Maple French Toast Bagels
1/3 cup Unsweetened/reduced sugar/apple-sweetened dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups Grated old cheddar
1/4 cup water


Add cranberries and water to saucepan. Heat on medium until water evaporates and cranberries have been plumped. About 5 minutes.
Sprinkle half of the cheese across the opened bagels. Place cranberries on bagels, Cover cranberries with remaining cheddar.
Place under broiler until cheese is just melted. About 3-4 minutes.
