I really like this recipe - Salmon is crispy. The light crunch with tangy flavours make it so divine.

Ingredients

1 Tortilla
3 oz Salmon (baked)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
.25 tsp chili pepper

Directions

Using already cooked (baked) salmon
On the tortilla spread sweet and sour sauce
Sprinkle chili pepper
Top with shredded lettuce
Top with salmon

That's it! Wrap and Enjoy.

Notes

For salmon lovers - it will be another enjoyable way of eating it.
