These mini naan's are packed with flavor and are a hit in the kid's lunches! They can also be served for dinner and are devoured within minutes. Delicious!
1 | Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Breast |
1 | Mini garlic or plain naan |
2 tbsp | Pizza sauce |
homemade | or store bought |
1/3 cup | grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 | Red bell pepper |
1 tbsp | Plain yogurt |
1/2 tsp | Tandoori paste |
1/2 | lemon |
Wash chicken, cut into small strips
In a bowl, mix together 1 tbsp plain yogurt and 1/2 tsp tandoori paste. Add chicken into mixture and squeeze fresh lemon.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before use (tender chicken) or can use right away .
Spray skillet lightly and cook chicken on medium heat for 15-20 min.
Prepare naan with pizza sauce, wash & cut red bell pepper into strips, grate cheese.
Once chicken is cooked, place on naan. Add red bell pepper. Add pinch of salt & pepper. Add cheese.
Bake for 10 min on 350 degrees
Let cool for 5 min, cut in 1/2 and serve.
