A great cross between two dinner favourites; pizza and tacos!
|2||pre-made pizza crusts|
|1 can||refried pinto beans|
|1 lb||ground beef|
|2 cups||Mexican blend shredded cheese|
|1/2 cup||sour cream|
Preheat oven to 400.
Place pizza crusts on two pizza pans.
Brown beef in frying pan over medium high heat, breaking up large pieces as it cooks.
Once the beef is cooked and no longer pink, add salsa and stir until warm.
Spread the beans evenly on the two pizza crusts.
Top beans with meat mixture.
Top meat mixture with cheese, then sliced tomatoes.
Bake on middle rack for 10minutes.
Serve warm, with sour cream
