|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Sweet Thai Chili Chicken|
|1 Pkg||mini tart shells|
|1 cup||sweet thai chili sauce|
|1/2 cup||shredded toasted coconut|
Cook chicken per package directions. Allow to cool, dice and toss in sauce packet provided. Set aside and keep warm. Prepare tart shells per package directions. Fill each tart shell with chicken. Drizzle additional sweet chili sauce over top. Sprinkle with coconut. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
