Combining vanilla yogurt with cream cheese lightens up a morning treat. Try topping it with chocolate hazelnut spread or raspberry jam and serve it with a refreshing smoothie.
|1 ½ cups||(375 mL) Mixed frozen berries|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Vanilla yogurt|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Honey|
|½ cup||(125 mL) Milk|
|2||Dempster’s® Sesame Bagels, split, toasted|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Soft cream cheese|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Vanilla yogurt|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chocolate hazelnut spread|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Raspberry jam|
PLACE berries, yogurt, honey and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding extra milk to thin if necessary. Pour into 2 large drinking glasses and serve with a straw.
MIX together cream cheese and yogurt in a small bowl. Spread mixture over the bottom half of each bagel. Top one bagel with chocolate hazelnut spread and one with raspberry jam followed by the bagel tops. Serve with berry smoothies.
