So good served with Prime ham and swiss stuffed chicken
|1 cup||mashed sweet potato|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly. with a teaspoon, spoon the mixture into a preheated deep fryer, in small balls. The balls will float to the top, turn them a few times and remove when they have turned a golden brown (about 5 min). Remove from the fryer and drain on a paper towel.
