|8||Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon, chopped|
|3 cups||(750 mL) Fresh sweet corn kernels|
|4 cups||(1 L) Swiss chard|
|Salt and pepper|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
SAUTÉ bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until starting to crisp. Add onion and continue to cook until softened. Add corn and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Swiss chard and cook until wilted, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
