Sweet Corn, Bacon and Swiss Chard Sauté

The slightly bitter greens are balanced perfectly with the sweet corn and salty bacon.

Ingredients

8 Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon, chopped
Onion, diced
3 cups (750 mL) Fresh sweet corn kernels
4 cups (1 L) Swiss chard
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

SAUTÉ bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until starting to crisp. Add onion and continue to cook until softened. Add corn and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Swiss chard and cook until wilted, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
