Bacon wrapped chicken tenders dusted with brown sugar and chili powder make a great weeknight dinner in a hurry. The whole family will love them.
|1||Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Chicken Breast Fillets|
|10||Slices Maple Leaf® Bacon|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chili Powder|
|.33 cup||(80 mL) Brown sugar|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
WRAP each chicken fillet neatly with a slice of bacon. Combine chili powder and brown sugar. Dredge each fillet in spice mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
BAKE in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
