Really tasty comfort food


1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 drumsticks Maple leaf Prime
4 tbsp fresh flat parsley
3 minced garlic cloves


Use a resealable bag or shallow dish with lid to mix marinade of brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic. Add chicken drumsticks and make sure they are all covered. Seal and leave in fridge for min 2 hours. preheat oven to 450 degrees
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooling rack (same as the one for cookies) on top of the foil lined tray. Place the drumsticks on tray ( I like to do change direction every other time so more fit, think like shoes come in boxes). Meanwhile bring leftover marinade to a simmer to reduce down on medium heat should only take 15 minutes or so. Brush marinade on drumsticks and put them back in the oven for 10 minutes until skin bubbles and they are at the desired crispiness.
Serve with chopped parsley on top
