Salty, sticky and with just the right amount of savoury-sweetness, these wings are perfect for sharing with a special someone.


15 chicken wings
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
ground black pepper to taste
oil for deep frying


Combine all ingredients in a large zippered bag. Toss to coat. Deep fry for 8-10 minutes at 375 degree F.
