|10 to 12 slices Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp™ Bacon|
|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf Prime® Chicken Breast Fillets|
|10 to 12 8 inch (20 cm) wooden skewers, soaked|
|1 cup||(250 mL) prepared sweet thai chili sauce|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) sriracha sauce|
|1||lime, cut into wedges|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) cilantro, chopped|
PREHEAT grill to medium high heat.
PLACE chicken into a large bowl.
POUR chili sauce, sriracha and salt and pepper over top.
USING your hands massage chicken well to thoroughly coat with sauce.
THREAD chicken onto skewers.
GRILL chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
MEANWHILE follow microwave directions for bacon removing 1 minute before time directed.
WHILE bacon is soft and pliable, wrap 1 piece around each skewer.
BASTE with extra chili sauce and bacon should easily adhere.
SPRINKLE cilantro over top and serve with lime wedges.
