2 tbsp (30 mL) Vegetable oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped garlic
1 tbsp (15 mL) Finely chopped fresh ginger
1 (227 mL) Can sliced water chestnuts, drained
½ cup (125 mL) Snow peas
6 -8 Broccoli florets
0.5 Small onion, thinly sliced
15 Medium carrot, sliced into thin sticks
0.5 Medium red pepper, sliced
1 (150 g) Package MAPLE LEAF PRIME® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) p
1 (200 mL) Package Olivieri® Sweet and Sour Sauce
¼ tsp (1 mL) Sesame oil


HEAT oil in wok or large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes. ADD vegetables and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes or until tender but crisp. Add chicken and heat for 3-4 minutes. ADD sweet and sour sauce and sesame oil. Bring to the boil and serve immediately
