5 Schneiders® Country Naturals Chicken Nuggets
1 tsp (15 mL) Honey
1 tsp (5 mL) Freshly grated ginger
1/4 tsp (1 mL) Smoked paprika
Pinch chili flakes
Pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Minced garlic
1 tbsp (15 mL) Lime juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) Ready prepared coleslaw
1/4 Red pepper, julienned
1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Slivered, toasted almonds
2 tsp (10 mL) Ready prepared sesame vinaigrette
5 Leaves Boston or Iceberg lettuce


COOK chicken nuggets according to the package directions.

WHISK together honey, ginger, smoked paprika, chili flakes, cayenne, garlic and lime juice.

TOSS chicken nuggets in the honey mixture and place one nugget inside each lettuce leaf.

TOSS coleslaw, red pepper and almonds with sesame vinaigrette and top each lettuce bite with the mixture.
