A colourful salad all dressed up is a sweet, yummy and happy meal in my family and perfect for school lunches too!
|1||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast|
|225 g||romaine lettuce|
|½ cup||of canned variety corn|
|¼ cup||shredded mozzarella cheese|
|Pinch||salt and black pepper|
Cut chicken breast into ¾ inch cubes. Stir together honey and salt and black pepper in a small mixing bowl. Add chicken to sauce then toss to coat. Arrange chicken on baking sheet in one layer. Bake for 12 – 17 minutes. Cut romaine lettuce into bit size pieces. Arrange lettuce on plate. Add cheese, chicken, corn, and tomatoes. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
