Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings

Easy to pop in the oven Sweet honey & balsamic spicy chicken wings.
A great finger food that you can enjoy while relaxing on the couch.
Served with mango salad adds a sweet kick to Movie Night

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings, you can detach if you'd like
3 tbsp honey, orange blossom if you can find it
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper, more or less
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp each salt and black pepper
Hot Sauce Dip
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 garlic clove, chopped
Mango Salad
1 mango, not ripened, julienned
2 tbsp red onion, julienned
1 tomato, sliced into matchsticks
1/2 english cucumber, julienned
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice or cider vinegar
2 tbsp chopped chives

Directions

Wash wings, separate if you'd like by cutting through the joint. Pat dry.
Place in a metal or glass baking pan large enough to hold wings.
Drizzle honey, paprika, cayenne, vinegar, salt and pepper over wings.
Toss to coat. Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 30-45 min or until dark and juices run clear when pierced. Turn to coat while baking.
Dip:
Mix all ingredients together. This can be made hours ahead to marinate and blend.
Mango Salad:
Toss all ingredients together
