Make up the Mango Relish ahead of time to make dinners easy during the first week of school.

|2 cups||Ripe, diced, peeled, and pitted mango|
|3/4 cup||Diced (unpeeled) English cucumber|
|1/2 cup||Diced tomato|
|1/4 cup||Diced green onion|
|1/4 cup||Diced sweet red pepper|
|1/2 tsp||onion powder|
|1/4 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 tbsp||lime juice|
|1 tbsp||liquid honey|
|1/2 tsp||ground cumin|
|1 tbsp||finely chopped cilantro|
In bowl, combine mango, cucumber, tomato, green onion, red pepper, onion and garlic powders, and salt to taste. Stir in lime juice, honey, oil, cumin and cilantro. (For best flavour, refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours before using, and drain before serving).
Place hot dogs on greased grill over medium heat, cover and grill until lightly browned and cooked through.
Toast hot dog buns if desired. Place hot dogs on buns and top each with 1/4 cup of the mango relish.
