|2 tsp||olive oil|
|5||washed and dried fresh organic spinach leaves|
|3||thin slices of organic red pepper|
|1/4 cup||sliced onion|
|1||turn of a pepper mill|
Toast Dempster's English muffin halves. Heat 1 tsp olive in fry pan, cook egg until sunny side up. Slice up the vegetables. Saute all of the vegetables in 1 tsp of olive oil and salt and pepper until onion is translucent. Butter both inside halves of the toasted Dempster's English muffin.
