If you ever have leftover steak from summer BBQs, here is a great lunch idea for you.
|4 oz||leftover steak sliced thin|
|1 oz||shredded cheddar|
|1||roasted red pepper-sliced|
|2 tbsp||southwest sauce|
assemble steak and pepper slices on tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and southwest sauce. Wrap firmly.
