4 oz | leftover steak sliced thin |
1 | Dempters tortilla |
1 oz | shredded cheddar |
1 | roasted red pepper-sliced |
2 tbsp | southwest sauce |
assemble steak and pepper slices on tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and southwest sauce. Wrap firmly.
