Perfect beside any nice meat from the grill. I used fresh herbs from my garden but you can substitute dried commercial herbs.
|3||fresh chopped tomatoes|
|1/2||yellow pepper cut in chunks|
|1/2||red pepper cut in chunks|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|5||leaves fresh basil|
|1 tsp||fresh tyme|
|1/4 cup||Roasted red pepper salad dressing|
Sautee onions in butter and olive oil until soft and golden. Set aside to cool. Chop tomatoes and peppers then combine them in a salad bowl. Chop the herbs and add them to the vegetables. Add salad dressing and sauteed onions and combinne well. Serve.
