healthy and delicious stuffed zucchini


1 lb meat ( turkey or beef)
1.5 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onion
3 tomateos
1 tbsp dell
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp garam masala, mixed spices
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1 cup rice
1.5 lb zucchini
1 can tomatoe sauce flavoured
1 can tomatoe paste (small)
3/4 cup olive oil
1 hot chilli pepper


step one rinse the rice and then soak in water for 30 min
step two core the zucchini and keep the cored part
step three mince the parsley, cilantro, green onion, and the chilli pepper
step four dice the tomatoes into small pieces
step five in a large bowl mix the herbs, spices, the tomato paste, olive oil , rice and the meat, and mix well
step six fill the cored zucchini, and leave one and half cm at the top because rice will swell
step seven in a deep sauce pan line the cored part of the zucchini that you kept in the bottom
step eight line the stuffed zucchini, cover with a mixture of water, and one tbsp of tomato paste
step nine cover and cook on medium heat for 25 min or till zucchini is slightly tender
step ten transfer the zucchini into oven save cookware, cover with tomato sauce, and bake on 375 degree for ten min
then broil from top for five min
