Potatoes slices stuffed with ground meat

Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground chicken
3 lbs russet potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch parsely
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground clove
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 garlic
2 cups vegetable oil

Directions

step1- in a frying pan heat 3 tbsp of oil, add the diced onion and the minced garlic cook until translucent
step 2- add the ground meat
step 3- add the minced cilantro and parsley, with all the spices, salt
step 4- stir all until meat slightly cooked
step 5- set aside, and peel the russet potatoes,cut them into longitudinal slices with one cm thick, then made a pocket in each slice
step 6- stuff the pockets with the meat mixture
step 7- beat the eggs, dip the stuffed potatoes pocket mouth into flour, then egg, the bread crumbs
step 8- heat the rest of oil in a deep fryer on 180 degree, and fry the potatoes until golden brown

enjoy eating them warm
