Think Apple Pie; Twice!


1 Apple Pie Bagel, cut into small pieces (approx 5mm)
3 Royal Gala Apple, peeled and cored
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
3 tbsp salted butter, melted
1 Pkg pre-made raw dinner rolls
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup


Preheat oven to 325.
Peel apples, set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine Apple Pie Bagel Pieces, oats, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup.
Cut the core out of the apple, leaving approximately 10mm-15mm of apple all around. Remove the inner core and discard.
Cut the bottom of the apply so that it is flat and will not roll during baking.
Stuff the three apple with equal amounts of mixture.
Unroll pre-made raw dinner rolls. If required, roll out until approximately 5mm thin.
Cut dough into 10cmX10cm squares.
Place stuffed apple into centre of squares, and pull dough up to meet at the top of the apple.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes of until golden brown on the outside
