|1||Tenderflake® Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shell|
|3 cups||(750 mL) Sliced strawberries, divided|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Chopped toasted almonds, divide|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sugar|
|1||(8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Cold 2% milk, divided|
|1 Pkg||Instant white chocolate pudding mix|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Ready prepared Nutriwhip® Whipped Topping (optional)|
BAKE pie shell according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
COMBINE 2 cups (500 mL) strawberries, ¼ cup (60 mL) almonds and sugar in a small bowl. Pour into the cooled pie shell and set aside.
BEAT the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add ½ cup (125 mL) milk. Add dry pudding mix and the remaining milk. Continue to beat for 1 minute or until well blended. Pour over strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
GARNISH with the remaining strawberries, almonds and whipped cream.
