Stir Fry Veggies
1 | cooking onion |
1 | red pepper |
2 cups | chopped butternut squash |
1 | clove garlic |
1 tbsp | chopped fresh ginger |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
Core and remove seeds from the pepper. Chop the ingredients and measure. Put olive oil in the fry pan or wok to heat. Add veggies and stirfry until ready. Great side dish for BBQ meat
