Steak hash featuring bacon, served with cheese and egg
5 | Strips of Maple Leaf Bacon |
1 | Leftover Steak (preferably cooked medium rare) |
3 | Mini Bell Peppers |
1 | Small Onion |
¼ cup | Mushroom |
½ lb | Red Potatoes |
¼ cup | Shredded Cheese |
2 | Eggs |
Salt and Pepper |
DICE the peppers and onions, and then chop the steak into 1" cubes
FRY the bacon, after cutting it into pieces the same size as your steak
TOSS in the onions and peppers once the bacon is crispy. Fry until they are fragrant. Then toss in the mushrooms.
BOIL the potatoes for around 10 minutes, and then add them into the mix
ADD in the steak just to heat it up a bit. Then season with salt and pepper
FRY a couple of eggs, any way you like
SERVE altogether, with some shredded cheese, and eggs right on top of the cheese to let the cheese melt
