|450 g||Beef Top Sirloin Steak|
|5 ml||chili powder|
|10 ml||lime juice|
|5 ml||soya sauce|
|4||Dempster's 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas|
|1||orange pepper, sliced|
|1||yellow pepper, sliced|
|60 ml||sour cream|
1- In a small bowl mix the cumin with the chili powder. Cover the steak with the rub. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2- Heat 15 ml of oil in a pan. Cook the steak until preferred temperature. Let rest 5 minutes then slice the steak into thin slices. Return the steak slices to the pan and deglaze with the lime juice and the soya sauce.
3- Meanwhile, in a non stick pan, heat 15 ml of oil. Add the vegetables and sauté until slightly caramelized, stirring often. Remove from the heat.
4- Warm the tortillas in the microwave. Divide the steak slices, vegetables on top of each tortillas.
5- Serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro. Bon appétit!
