About this Recipe

Classic cobb salad served with assorted veggies and featuring succulent steak and fresh cooked egg.

Ingredients

3 oz (90 g) Maple Leaf ® Sliced Steak
2-3 cups (500-750 mL) Green leaf lettuce
1 1/2 oz (45 g) Cubed Cheddar cheese
3-4 Slices Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Bacon Fully Cooked Bacon
2 Hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup (80 mL) Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 1/2 oz (45 g) Crumbled blue cheese
1 Avocado, diced
2 tbsp (30 mL) Ready prepared salad dressing

Directions

ASSEMBLE salad by arranging lettuce over the bottom of a plate. Artfully arrange all of the other ingredients in sections on top of the lettuce. Serve the salad dressing on the side.
