You can use a steak burger or thin fast fry steak for this hearty breakfast sandwich.


1 Dempsters English muffin
1 fast fry minute steak or steak burger
2 slices of jalepeno jack cheese
2 slices tomato
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 leaf of lettuce


Toast English muffin and butter. Fry steak in a skillet on medium high heat for about 4 min turn. Add the egg beside it. Cook for until egg is opaque. Flip egg and cook the other side until medium (1-2 min). Assemble ingredients on English muffin.


I like the egg over medium, but you can cook it however you prefer your eggs.
