Simple to make and yet very delicious...even better than the steak & cheese sub you get at subway!

Ingredients

500 lb Beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Swiss Cheese Slices or any other cheese you like
4 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tomato Sliced
Lettuce cut into thin strips
Jalapeno a few
Black olives
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Oil

Directions

Cut the beef into as thin as possible slices as you can. Marinate with salt, pepper & Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Heat oil in a wok. Add the meat slices. Cover & cook on low heat until done. Cut them into smaller pieces if you like.

To Assemble

Take some of the steak and put it on a hot dog roll. Top with cheese and broil until the cheese has melted. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, Jalapeño & mayonnaise. You can use whatever dressing or toppings you like.
